Restriction of buyers

You are not eligible and may not purchase ABOAT through the Token Sale if you are a citizen or resident (for tax purposes or otherwise) of any country or state where the purchase of ABOAT or similar crypto tokens or the Token Sale may be prohibited considered non-compliant with applicable laws and regulations. In particular, if you are based in the People's Republic of China, you cannot purchase ABOAT via the token sale.

The purchase of ABOAT should only be made by individuals, entities or companies that have extensive experience with and understanding of the uses and intricacies of crypto tokens and blockchain-based software systems. Buyers should have a functional understanding of storage and transmission mechanisms associated with other crypto tokens. The companies of Aboat Entertainment and their officers and employees are in no way responsible for any loss of crypto tokens, ABOAT or fiat currencies caused by the acts or omissions of the buyers. If you do not have the required experience or expertise, you should not purchase ABOAT or engage in the sale of ABOAT.

You should carefully consider the risks, costs and other disadvantages of acquiring ABOAT and, if necessary, seek your own independent advice. If you are unable to accept or understand the risks associated with the token sale of ABOAT (including the risks associated with not developing ABOAT ECOSYSTEM) or other risks listed in this whitepaper, you should not use ABOAT purchase until you have obtained the necessary independent advice.
