Representations and Warranties of Purchasers

By participating in the ABOAT Token Sale, Buyers represent and warrant to ABOAT ENTERTAINMENT that:

(a) You are authorized and have full authority to acquire ABOAT in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence;

(b) You are solely responsible for determining whether purchasing ABOAT is appropriate for you;

(c) you are not acting as an agent on behalf of any other person or entity that wishes to purchase ABOAT or participate in its token sale;

(d) You have carefully considered the risks, costs and other disadvantages of acquiring ABOAT and understand the risks, costs and other disadvantages associated with ABOAT and the Token Sale;

(e) you are not trading for speculative investment purposes;

(f) you agree and acknowledge that ABOAT is not a security of any kind in your jurisdiction;
